Booking
Terms
A 50%
deposit of total accommodation value is required to secure a reservation
(100 % for a one night only booking) which may be paid by either
bank deposit, electronic transfer or by providing credit card details
(see information below regarding payments). Deposits paid are only
refundable in terms of our cancellation policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
Children 12 years and older staying in their own room(s)are welcome.
Maximum 2 guests per room.
We regret no pets and smoking in, allowed only in designated areas.
Check in time from 14h00 - Check out time by 11h00 (Should you wish
to check in before 14h00 a day room charge of ZAR 400.00 will become
applicable as we cannot book out the room the night before).
All reservations are to be confirmed in writing (via e-mail, fax, mail).
Cancellation
Policy
For
non-arrival or premature departure 100% of the total accommodation
fee is payable.
Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival date and is
based
on deposit paid:
Within 7 days 100% of deposit
Within 14 days 75% of deposit
Within 21 days 50% of deposit
Within 28 days 25% of deposit
