domestic and international routes. First class service is her way of life.
Her roots lie in Windhoek / Namibia where warmth and friendliness towards visitors is an innate quality.

Trained as a hotel manager in Germany, Felix has over twenty years of experience in this industry.
He worked his way up through all the departments of a hotel to advance to General Manager within major
South African hotel groups.
A dream came true when he finally decided to bundle all this experience into the development of
Chamonix Guest Lodge.

Little Stephan, who just turned 6 years old, is still busy learning the ropes of good housekeeping and is already showing great interest in the hotel business.
