Booking Terms
A 50% deposit of total accommodation value is required to secure a reservation
(100 % for a one night only booking) which may be paid by either
electronic bank transfer or credit card.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice however this does not affect persons who have already booked and paid for accommodation.
Deposits paid are only refundable in terms of our cancellation policy.
PLEASE NOTE:
Children 12 years and older staying in their own room(s)are welcome.
Maximum 2 guests per room.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and not in the rooms or other living areas.
Check-in time from 14h00 - Check out time by 11h00 (Should you wish
to check in before 14h00 a day room charge of ZAR 400.00 will become
applicable as we cannot book out the room the night before).
All reservations are to be confirmed in writing (via fax, mail, telephonically or e-mail).
